an I frame is found (about 5-10 seconds) due to XBMCs poor B frame support in AVC.



* To play on PC I suggest using iTunes (drag and drop video files into LIBRARY).  The video files will show up under
Movies or TV Shows depending on Media Kind.  You can also play video files with Quicktime or VLC.
