Meester in het zwaardvechten Tao (Steven Seagal) is de leider van een speciaal team, die op een zeer bloederige missie
gaat. Hun doel? Vampiers. Er is een virus uitgebroken in een ziekenhuis en door dit virus zijn bijna alle patiënten
geïnfecteerd geraakt. Ze veranderen in bloeddorstige vampiers. Tao en zijn team zijn de enige hoop van de
overlevenden en hij weet dat de enige manier om dit op te lossen is om de vampiers om te brengen.
